Appointments

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We are open for scheduled appointments from:

• Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm
  
• Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm

Emergency & Urgent Care

We are often available for emergency house calls but please call as soon as you think it might be necessary.  If we cannot see you as soon as necessary we will refer you to someone who can or to an emergency facility.

We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. to wait in order to be seen.

Payments

Cats Only Veterinary House Calls accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, American Express or Visa. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.

For clients we have not seen before we request a credit card in advance. 

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

Missed Appointments

For appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance we expect payment of the minimum fee $135.  If the appointment is rescheduled and occurs the exam/consultation fee will be refunded.
